Overseeding Fertilizer Programs

Greens and Tees Liquid Ag recommends this overseeding program to provide a unique phosphorus source that will assure success, utilizing safe and environmentally friendly products that will provide great results and peace of mind.

1. Seven days prior to seeding: apply Kleenstart at 1.0 Gallon per acre.
2. Three days prior to seeding: apply Enviro-Phos 7-21-0 at 10.0 gallons per acre. Apply Multipurpose at 1.0 gallon per acre.
3. Fourteen days after germination (and every 7 days):
   a) Greens Plus 14-4-10 at 5.0 gallons per acre.
   b) Multipurpose 6-0-0 at 1.0 gallons per acre.
   c) NutriSolve at 1.0 gallon per acre.

Fairways

1. Reduce vigor of Bermuda grass turf by restricting Nitrogen fertilization, mechanical cultivation and chemical gibberellin blocking.
2. Apply Enviro-Phos 7-21-0 at ten gallons (108 lbs.) per acre one to five days prior to seeding. Apply as fertigation through your irrigation system or direct apply with boom sprayer in one hundred gallons of water per acre.
3. Apply seed in normal manner.
4. Five to seven days after seed germination apply a second application of Enviro-Phos 7-21-0 at eight gallons (87 lbs.) per acre. Water lightly into the soil with irrigation.
5. Fourteen days after germination begin applying 8-0-8 Turf Special with micronutrients at a rate to produce desired growth and color.
