Fall Fertilization
| Fall (September and October) fertilization is critical to having strong turf through the winter season in Florida. Proper nutrition at this key time produces a strong root system and a dense turf that will handle the traffic, cold and disease stresses of the winter season.
Liquid Ag has fertilizer grades specifically formulated for this critical time. Others can be prescription blended to meet your special needs. Grades such as 12-0-6 Turf Special or 8-0-8 Turf Special with unique micronutrient packages containing Mg, Fe, Mn, S and B may be used. When phosphorus is needed, grades containing our exclusive Enviro-Phos provide unmatched turf response.
